Today in Colorado, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) filed their first suit to disqualify former President Donald Trump from office by enforcing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which prohibits those who violate their oaths of office by engaging in insurrection from holding public office.
