I love the idea that some of the people who own businesses or work here who are not primarily English speakers should be encouraged to get into some board positions. Just about 5,600 as of today! Next week I will have on Rut who has just been brought on 2 different boards in town and helping me to launch a Spanish only podcast for our shared community. She’s doing great work over at The family resource center.
